Terms and Conditions:

Your purchase of products from the Mr. Candy Wrapper website implies your agreement with these terms. Please take the time to read through them and ask about anything you don't understand.
Personalized Orders and Deposits:

Items which have been personalized, are considered final sale items are non-refundable.

Should you receive a personalized item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment and the same item will be replaced with the same personalization, the damaged goods must be returned to us.
Re Blank Apparel, Accessories, Gifts & Favors, "non personalized items" - all deposits and payments on these items are considered final sales ..& will not be refunded.

Re:Damaged goods or merchandise

Please notify us withing 24-48 hours of receipt of your item by email what the problem is & we will get back to you with 24-48 hours.

Personalized and custom orders once proofed & purchased are non refundable.

Shipping:
In order to accurately bill our customers for shipping fees.
Shipping Fees are NOT included in the original purchase price or original Paypal checkout process.
Shipping will be invoiced separately based on the final weight, desired shipping carrier, & speed requested of delivery.

Chocolates - Shipping During the months of April thru September

there will be additional shipping fees incurred during the warmmer weather due to the cost of

cooler containers & packaging

Production
Normal production time is 1 week - 10 Business days.

Rush Orders
Please place your orders early so as to not incur Rush fees.
Please note that all orders received that require less than 10 days production time, will be invoiced with a Non refundable rush fee of $25.00 on standard items & $50.00 on custom orders prior to production.
Rush shipping charges might also be incurred.

Design Fees & Custom Orders
Design Fees on all custom orders will be quoted at the time of the original estimate.

Sales Tax
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders within Illinois are required to have an 8.5% sales tax charge applied to the total cost. Orders outside of Illinois will not include this charge.

Items which have been personalized & final sale items are non-refundable & not considered accepted returns. Should you receive a personalized item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment and the same item will be replaced with the same personalization.
What method of payments do you accept?
PayPal® is our secure payment gateway.

You are NOT required to have a PayPal® account prior to placing your order.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and eCheck payments are currently accepted via PayPal®.

What is your privacy policy?
It is Mr. Candy Wrapper's policy to respect the privacy of its users and of personal electronic communication. We respect the privacy of our customers. Mr. Candy Wrapper will not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you provide us is held with the utmost care and security.
